脑干听觉诱发电位在儿科临床应用的价值

摘    要:本文对1240例患儿BAEP资料进行了分析,正常518例,异常722例。其中新生儿,乳幼儿486例;轻-重度异常占74.5%双侧极重度异常占25.5%。BAEP异常最高的疾患为听力障碍,听力障碍危险因素,语言障碍,脑干肿瘤智力障碍和脑性瘫痪。

Abstract:The data of brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) were analyzed in 1240 cases including 486 neonates and infants. The data showed that the abnormal BAEP rate was 58. 2% (722/1240). Among them, mild and moderate abnormal rate was 74. 5% and severe abnormal rate was 25. 5%. The diseases induced abnormal BAEP were in tern hearing handicap, risk factors of hearing handicap, language handicap, tumor of brain term, mental retardation and cerebral paralysis. The types and extent of abnormal BAEP were advanced analyzed. It is suggested that BAEP method is useful in screening hearing handicap and auditory center function of brain term in neonates and infants, and is also valuable in early intervention and promoting the recovery of hearing, language and mentality.
