2型糖尿病患者血清胆红素和尿酸水平变化及意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清胆红素、尿酸(UA)和血脂水平变化及意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪,检测46例T2DM血管病变患者血清胆红素、UA及血脂水平,并与50例对照组比较分析。结果T2DM伴血管病变患者血清总胆红素(TBIL)和间接胆红素(NDBIL)含量明显低于无并发症组(P<0.01),血清UA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),大、微血管组TBIL、UA比较均无统计学意义;血管病变组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量与无并发症组和对照组比较显著升高,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则降低(P<0.01)。结论低胆红素血症、UA升高及血脂异常与T2DM血管病变密切相关,检测三者含量对判断T2DM伴发血管病变具有重要意义。

Significance of serum bilirubin and uric acid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the significance of serum bilirubin(BIL) and uric acid(UA) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2MD). Method Fully-automatic biochemical analysis machine was used for observing and measuring serum BIL,UA and lipid concentration in serum in 46 cases.The results were compared and analyzed with 50 cases in the control group. Results Serum total BIL(TBIL) and indirect BIL(NDBIL) content of T2DM complicated with vascular pathological change patients was distinctly lower than that of the control group without complication(P<0.01),while UA content in the former group was much higher(P<0.01),and there was no difference of TBIL and UA amount between macro-and micro-vessel groups,compared with the control group without complication.TC and LDL-C content for vascular pathological change group increased greatly,yet HDL-C content lowered(P<0.01). Conclusion Lower serum BIL symptom,UA increase and lipid abnormality are closely related to T2DM vascular pathological change.Therefore,important significance for T2DM complicated with vascular pathological change exists in observing and measuring serum BIL,UA and lipid amount.
