| Abstract: | We assay the levels of scrum anticardiolipin antibody of the fouty-four patients with neurological diseases by using ELISA indirect method (20 patients with cerebral infarction, 22 patients with other neurological diseases). The result showed ant icardiolipin antibody levels were higher in patients with Cerebral infarction than those with other neurological diseases (35% and 9.1%, P< 0.05). The levels of anticardiolipin antibody were elevated significantly mainly in acute stage in the ischemic cerobravascular disease. Whether this is a cerebral prethrombotic state or an autoimmunoreaction deserves further study |
