| 摘 要： | 报告１８６例脑性瘫痪儿童，其中以痉挛型多见，其次为手足徐动型。在高危因素中以早产、窒息、黄疸为主，低体重、孕期感染、多胎等产前因素成为日益重要的因素。本文着重讨论脑瘫的病因及产生这一因素的理论基础，为脑瘫的预防提供依据。
