| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效并进行临床分析。方法：采用西药顺尔宁、美喘清、酮替酚口服，并结合中药内服，标本兼治。结果：52例患儿中，17例3d后咳嗽消失，33例5d后咳嗽消失，2例患儿用药2周后咳嗽逐渐减轻至消失，经随访，50例患儿未再出现咳嗽及哮喘样症状，明显高于国内报道的单用西医治疗的效果。结论：运用中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘，不仅可缩短病程，而且对提高患儿免疫力、增强患儿体质也有裨益。
