氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂和紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌

目的：观察氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、紫杉醇（ PTX）和顺铂三药联合化疗方案用于晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法42例晚期胃癌患者采用联合化疗方案治疗，紫杉醇40 mg／m2，第1、8天静脉滴注；顺铂（6．5 mg／m2）和5-FU（350 mg／m2）第1～8天静脉滴注。每3周为1个化疗间歇期，观察临床疗效。结果42例患者中，部分应答（PR）9例，应答率21．4％，病情稳定（SD）15例，总的病情控制率（PR＋SD）为57．1％。中位生存时间10．9个月（3～36个月），中位进展时间（TTP）为7．1个月（1．1～21．8个月）。1年生存率为33．3％，2年生存率为22．1％。结论5-FU、PTX和顺铂三药联合化疗方案用于晚期胃癌有很好的肿瘤控制率，患者有很好的耐受性。

Fluorouracil and cisplatin and paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the fluorouracil （5-FU）,paclitaxel（PTX） and cisplatin three drug combination on advanced gastric cancer .Methods 42 cases with advanced gastric cancer with combined chemotherapy of paclitaxel ,40 mg/m2 , first,8 days of intravenous infusion;cisplatin（6.5mg/m2 ） and 5-FU（350mg/m2）1~8 days intravenous drip.Every 3 weeks for 1 intermittent chemotherapy,clinical observation. Results There were totally 42 patients, in which partial response（PR） in 9 cases, the response rate of 21.4%,sta-ble disease（SD） in 15 cases, the overall disease control rate（PR＋SD）was 57.1%.The median survival time was 10.9 months（3~36 months）,the median time to progression（TTP） was 7.1 months（1.1~21.8 months）.The 1 year survival rate was 33.3%,2 year survival rate was 22.1%.Conclusion 5-FU,PTX and cisplatin three drug combination chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer has a good tumor control rate ,patients were well tolerated .
