| 摘 要： | 目的：了解拉氏普罗威登斯菌感染状况及耐药性，为临床治疗选用抗生素提供参考。方法对39例拉氏普罗威登斯菌感染病例的抗生素耐药性分析。结果39例拉氏普罗威登斯菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星的耐药率最低。敏感率分别为87．2％、64．1％。结论拉氏普罗威登斯菌感染病例首选亚胺培南，也可试用阿米卡星。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the Providencia rustigianii status of the hospital infection and drug re -sistance.Methods From June 2011 to August 2013,39 Providencia rustigianii cases of infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results 39 cases of Providencia rustigianii drug sensitive experiment showed 39 strains Providencia rusti-gianii of imine pei south,amikacin resistance to a minimum.The sensitive rate was 87.2%,64.1% respectively. Conclusion For Providencia rustigianii infections ,antimicrobial imide is the preferred choice ,also can try amikacin . |
