尿液标本铁蛋白检测辅助诊断脑梗死临床价值探讨

目的 探讨尿液铁蛋白检测对于脑梗死的诊断价值.方法 42例脑梗死患者及42例同期健康体检者,作为观察组和对照组研究对象,通过化学发光法,检测尿液铁蛋白浓度,酶法检测尿肌酐,并计算尿铁蛋白肌酐比值（TRF/Cr）.结果 与对照组相比,观察组尿铁蛋白（60.0±12.0） ng/mg·Cr与（23.5±9.5） ng/mg·Cr,t=4.18,P＜0.05]、TRF/Cr比值（15.0±4.6） μg/g与（6.2±2.5） μg/g,=3.86,P＜0.05]均明显升高,差异有统计学意义.结论 尿液铁蛋白尿肌酐比值能够为脑梗死的临床诊断提供客观依据,值得临床广泛推广.

The clinical value research of urine ferritin assay for the clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction

Objective To study the clinical value of urine ferrite in assay for the clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods 42 cases with cerebral infarction and 42 cases of health physical examination were regarded as the subjects of the observation group and the control group,respectively.The urine ferritin concentration and urinary creatinine were respectively assayed by the chemiluminescence method and enzyme method,and then calculated the urine ferritin creatinine ratio （TFR/Cr）.Results Compared with the control group,the urine ferritin concentration （60.0 ± 12.0）ng/mg · Cr vs （23.5 ±9.5） ng/mg · Cr,t =4.18）] and TFR/Cr（15.0 ±4.6） μg/g vs （6.2 ±2.5）μg/g,t =3.86）] were significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The assay of urine ferritin creatinine ratio can provide the objective basis for clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
