TFF1在功能性消化不良和慢性胃炎中的表达

目的 测定三叶因子1(trefoil factor1，TFFl)在正常、功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎胃粘膜中的表达情况，探讨TFF1与功能性消化不良和慢性胃炎的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法测定正常人和功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎患者胃窦黏膜中TFF1的表达，通过图像分析软件分析其阳性信号平均光密度值。结果 慢性胃炎组TFFl的表达明显高于正常组和功能性消化不良组，而正常组和功能性消化不良组中表达均较弱，二者统计学上无差异。结论 TFFl在正常组和功能性消化不良组中表达相似，认为TFF1与功能性消化不良的发病无关：而慢性胃炎组表达较高，认为与TFFl在胃黏膜屏障功能保护和促进上皮重建的机制有关。

Expression of trefoil factor 1 in functional dyspepsia and chronic gastritis

Objective To test the expression of trefoil factor 1 in normal functional dyspepsia and chronic gastritis and to investigate the relationship between TFF1 and functional dyspepsia and chronic gastritis. Methods Trefoil factor 1 in normal and pathologic gastric mucosa were assesed by immunohistochemical analysis, and estimate the average positive OD by Mot-ic Images Advanced 3.0 software. Results The TFF1 of chronic gastritis group was significantly higher than that in normal and functional dyspepsin group, the expression of TFF1 were low in normal as well as functional dyspepsia, and there was no statisticaly difference. Conclusion Increased TFF1 was detected in chronic gastritis compared with normal mucosa. TFF1 is associated with mucosa healing and epithelial restitution.TFF1 may not contribute to the pathogenisis of functional dyspepsia.
