| 摘 要： | 目的 建立参芍颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法 (HPL C) ,VP- ODS柱 ,流动相甲醇 - 0 .5 m ol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 -醋酸 -异丙醇 (6 7∶ 1 73∶ 4∶ 4 ) ,检测波长 2 30 nm。结果 芍药苷在 0 .2 4μg～ 1 .2 0μg呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9998,平均回收率 97.98% ,RSD 1 .6 7 (n=9)。结论 本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好 ,可用于该制剂成分的含量测定

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC determination of paeoniflorin in Shenshao Granules.Method HPLC analysis was carried out on VP ODS column, with methanol 0.5mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate acetic acid isopropanol (67∶173∶4∶4) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Result Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.24 μg～1.20 μg,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 97.98%,and RSD was 1.67%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in Shenshao Granules. |
