| Abstract: | Summary The mechanism of the action of novocaine was studied experimentally. It was demonstrated that in resorptive action of novocaine it increases the pessimal inhibition in the reflex centers of the spinal cord the vegetative ganglia and the neuro-muscular apparatus.
