| 摘 要： | 目的]观察使用鲜地龙外敷治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的疗效。方法]鲜地龙敷脐联合对症支持治疗31例肝硬化难治性腹水患者(治疗组),与常规治疗32例同类患者(对照组),进行治疗效果比较。结果]治疗组经过鲜地龙敷脐治疗后,腹围减小,尿量增加,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论]鲜地龙敷脐治疗肝硬化难治性腹水有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the cure effect of fresh earthworm outer application on refractory hepatocirrhosis ascites.Method]Fresh earthworm hilum application combined with symptoms support therapy is taken to 31 cases(treatment group 1)and routine group 2(32 cases).Compare their effects.Result]In group 1,the abdominal perimeter was reduced,urine increased,having marked difference compared with control one.Conclusion]Fresh earthworm has better cure effect on the said disease. |
