BC-5800全自动血液分析仪的性能评价

目的评价迈瑞BC-5800全自动血液分析仪的性能。方法参照国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)和美国临床和实验室标准研究院(CLIS)的有关文件要求对其性能进行评价。结果 BC-5800血液分析仪的各参数本底计数为0,线性和携带污染率均符合要求,其检测WBC、RBC、Hb、MCV的精密度良好,PLT低值的CV>8%,与希森美康XS-800i比较:WBC、RBC、Hb和Hct的相关系数(r)>0.99,PLT的相关系数(r)为0.956。结论 BC-5800血液分析仪性能良好,与其他品牌血球仪有可比性,可用于大中型医院对全血细胞进行筛查。

Performance Assessment of BC-5800 Automatic Hematology Analyzer

Objective To evaluate the performance of automatic hematology analyzer BC-5800, Methods The BC-5800 was evaluated according to the guidelines of International Council for Standardization in Hematology（ICSH） and National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards（NCCLS）. Results The background counts of BC-5800 were zero for all parameters. BC-5800 achieved high precision in detecting white blood cell（WBC）, red blood cell （ RBC ） and hemoglobin （Hb）. The coefficient variation （CV） was less than 8% for platelet （PLT）. Compared with XS-800i, the correlation efficiencies （r） were more than 0.99 for WBE, RBC, Hb and Hot. The correlation efficiency of PLT was 0.956. Conclusion Automatic BC-5800 hematology analyzer had excellent analytical performance and was comparable with other brands of hematology analyzers, and so it can be greatly applicated in clinical detection of complete blood count and leukocyte differential.
