槐耳颗粒联合TACE治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效观察

目的探讨槐耳颗粒联合经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法 60例中晚期肝癌患者分为2组,试验组30例,采用槐耳颗粒联合TACE治疗;对照组30例,单纯行TACE治疗。对两组的有效率、6个月及12个月生存率进行比较。结果试验组与对照组,有效率分别为66.67%、53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),6个月生存率分别为96.7%、86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),12个月生存率分别为73.3%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用槐耳颗粒联合TACE治疗中晚期肝癌,可提高有效率、6个月及12个月生存率。

Clinical Observation of Huaier Granule Combined with TACE for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effect of Huaier granule combination with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） for treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Sixty patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were divided into two groups.Thirty patients （experimental group） were treated by Huaier granule combination with TACE ,and other thirty patients （control group）were treated by single TACE. The effective rate,6 months survival rate,12 months survival rate in two groups were evaluated. Results The effective rate of experimental group and control group were 66.67%and 53.33%,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The 6 months survival rate of experimental group and control group were96.7% and 86.7% respectively （P〈0.05）, the experimental group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）, The 12 months survival rate were 73.3% and 60.0% respectively ,and the experimental group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huaier granule combination with TACE may improve the efficative rate, 6 months survival rate and 12 months survival rate of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
