79例急性外伤性脑梗死的治疗体会

目的探讨局部亚低温联合常规治疗方法对急性外伤性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将我院2006年2月至2011年10月收治的79例急性外伤性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗方法,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予局部亚低温治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者干预1个月后,其ESS评分、Bathel评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用亚低温与常规药物联合对急性外伤性脑梗死患者具有较好的效果,可以更好地保护患者的脑组织,值得在临床应用。

Treatment of 79 Cases of Acute Traumatic Cerebral Infarction.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of local mild hypothermia combined with routine treatment of acute traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods 79 cases of patients with acute traumatic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital in February 2006 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, control group patients received conventional therapy, the experimental group patients on the basis of the control group of local mild hypothermia treatment were observed and compared two groups of patient outcomes. Results The experimental group intervention in a month, ESS Bathel score higher than the control patients, P〈0.05, statistically significant differences. Conclusion Mild hypothermia and conventional drug combination in patients with acute traumatic cerebral infarction with good results, can better protect the patient＇s brain tissue, it is worth in the clinical application.
