阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效分析

目的探讨分析阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2008年3月至2012年2月来我院就诊治疗的支原体肺炎患儿40例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,20例对照组患儿采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,20例治疗组患儿采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,对比分析两组患儿的疗效及不良反应差异。结果对照组患儿治疗有效率为95.00%,治疗组患儿治疗有效率为100.0%,P>0.05,但治疗组患儿在平均住院时间,不良反应方面较对照组患儿优势明显,P<0.05。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎不仅疗效佳,而且可以加快患儿的康复、较为安全,是一种值得临床推广的治疗方式。

Analyzing Clinical Efficacy of Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To investigate azithromycin sequential therapy treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia clinical treatment. Methods From March 2008 to February 2012, 40 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were chosen from our hospital, randomly divided them into control and treatment groups, 20control group cases treated with azithromycin intravenous infusion therapy, 20 treatment group cases treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, compared clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups. Results The control group treatment effective rate was 95.00%treatment group treatment effective rate was 100.0%, P〉0.05, but the treatment group compared with the control group of children were with obvious advantages in the average length of stay and adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Average length of stay, adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of myeoplasma pneumonia in children is not only clinical outcome, and can speed up the rehabilitation of children with safer, it is worthy of clinical treatment.
