利培酮口服液与氟哌啶醇治疗酒精所致精神障碍的对照研究

目的探讨利培酮口服液对酒精性精神障碍的临床疗效。方法选取62例酒精所致精神障碍患者,随机分为观察组、对照组各31例,观察组予以利培酮口服液,对照组给予氟哌啶醇,于治疗8周后,用PANSS量表和TESS量表进行疗效和不良反应评定。结果观察组的总有效率为97%,对照组的总有效率为93.5%,两组差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组不良反应较对照组明显少、症状轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利培酮口服液治疗酒精性精神障碍安全、有效,可在临床推广应。

Risperidone Oral Solution and Haloperidol in the Treatment of Alcohol-induced Mental Disorders Control Study

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of risperidone oral solution on alcohol disorder. Methods 62 cases of alcohol-induced mental disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 31 cases of observation group was treated with risperidone oral solution, the control group given haloperidol at 8 weeks after treatment, PANSS amount table and TESS scale of assessment of efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The observation group, the total effective rate was 97%, control group, the total effective rate was 93.5%, both groups no significant difference （P〉0.05）; significantly less adverse effects of the observation group than the control group, mild symptoms, the difference was statistically significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Risperidone oral treatment of alcohol mental obstacles to safe, effective, available in the clinic.
