健脾化瘀活血法治疗急性期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果分析

目的探讨健脾化瘀活血法联合西药对急性期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)患者的治疗效果。方法选取我科治疗的60例急性期中重度AECOPD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采取常规的西医治疗方式,对照组在此基础上服用自拟汤剂,治疗2周后观察症状改善、肺功能及血气分析的变化情况。结果①治疗后组间比较,观察组患者肺功能及血气分析指标较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05);②观察组患者主症以喘息、咳嗽,次症以胸闷气短较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05),观察组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗AECOPD患者能改善患者肺功能,对于缓解COPD急性期的部分症状更为有效。

Effectiveness Analysis of Jianpihuayu Huoxue Method for Treating the Acute Phase of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpihuayu Huoxue Method combined with Western medicine for patients with acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods Select department treatment of 60 patients with acute moderate to severe AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in the control group to take the conventional Western medical treatment, the control group on this basis, taking intended to soups, two weeks after treatment.the observed improvement in symptoms, changes in lung function and blood gas analysis. Results @ After treatment groups compared with the observed lung function and blood gas analysis in the group of patients than the control group improved more significantly （P〈0.05）;（~ The patients main symptoms of wheezing, coughing, and times of disease with chest tightness, shortness of breath than the control group improved moresignificantly （P〈0.05）, the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative treatment of patients with AECOPD can improve pulmonary function, more effective for alleviating some symptoms of the acute phase of COPD.
