某县蒸馏酒卫生检测的分析

目的通过对2010、2011年建水县生产的蒸馏酒的检测分析,掌握建水县蒸馏酒卫生质量状况,提出相应的预防控制措施。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对建水县生产的蒸馏酒共373件进行检测分析,按照国家标准GB/T5009-2003、GB2757-2003进行检验和评价。结果 2010合格率为80%(145/180),2011年合格率91%(176/193);城区合格率为95%(190/201),乡镇合格率为76%(131/172),两年及城乡合格率间差异有统计学意义。结论建水县蒸馏酒超标项目主要是杂醇油,但也应注意其他污染物的存在,有关部门应加强监督管理。

Distilled Spirits Health Laboratory in A County

Objective Through the detection analysis of distilled spirits produced in Jianshui 2010 and 2011, Grasp the healthy condition of Jianshui distilled spirits and then provides appropriate prevention and control measures. Methods We detected and analyzed 373 packs of Jianshui distilled spirits by using cluster sampling method, and tested and evaluated them in accordance with national standards GB/T5009-2003 GB2757-2003. Results The pass rate in 2010 was 80%（145/180） and the pass rate in 2011 was 91%（176/193）; The pass rate of city was 95% （190/201）, the pass rate of Villages and towns was 76% （131/172）. The significant difference between the rate two years and urban and rural areas is qualified. Conclusion the main problem of Jianshui distilled spirits is that the fusel oil exceeded, but we should also pay attention to the presence of other pollutants. The relevant departments of the government should strengthen supervision and management.
