不同类型双胎妊娠结局

目的　了解不同类型双胎妊娠的合并症及结局。　方法　对 332例双胎妊娠资料进行回顾性分析。　结果　双胎妊娠的发生率为 8.6 3‰ ,合并症以妊高征、胎膜早破、贫血、早产和产后出血为多见 ,单卵双胎与双卵双胎之间差异无显著性。单卵双胎一胎胎死宫内发生率高于双卵双胎χ2 =5 .30 8,足月组第二胎儿平均出生体重单卵双胎低于双卵双胎 t=2 .45 4(P<0 .0 5 )。　结论　双胎妊娠对母体和胎儿构成一定的威胁 ,单卵双胎易发生一胎胎死宫内

Pregnancy Outcome of Different Type Twins

Objective To study the complications and the outcome of different type of twin pregnancy. Methods Three hundred and thirty two cases of twins from 1981 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of twins is 8.63%.The common complications were pregnancy induced hypertension, premature rupture of fetal membranes, anaemia, premature labor and postpartum hemorrhage. There were no differences between the monozygotic twins and dizygotic twins in the incidences of these complications. The incidence of one fetal death in monozygotic twins was higher than that of the dizygotic twins (P<0.05). The average birth weight of second fetal of monozygitic twins in term was lower than that of dizygotic twins (P<0.05). Conclusions The twin pregnancy has more complications to mother and fetus. The incidence of one fetal death in monozygotic twins was more higher than that of dizygotic twins.
