| 摘 要： | 目的：研究3’-大豆苷元磺酸钠对小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。方法：皮下注射丙酸睾酮，制造小鼠前列腺增生模型，观察小鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、光镜下前列腺形态学的变化。研究3’-大豆苷元磺酸钠对小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。结果：3’-大豆苷元磺酸钠能明显抑制由丙酸睾丸酮诱发的小鼠前列腺增生。结论：3，-大豆苷元磺酸钠对丙酸睾丸酮所致小鼠前列腺增生具有显著的拮抗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on inhibiting effect of 3'daidzein sulfonate sodium on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia of mice.Methods:Models of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia were established by subcutaneous injection testosterone propionate in mice.We observed the prostate glandular wet weights,indexes of prostate glandular and morphological changes of prostate glandular to investigate the effect of 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia model of mice.Results: 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium can apparently inhibit Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in mice induced by testosterone propionate.Conclusion: 3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium have significant inhibiting effect on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in mice. |
