日照市1252名健康成年男性血液流变学结果分析

目的检测日照市健康成年男性的血液流变学各项指标,初步分析日照市男性成年血液流变学正常参考范围,建立日照市成年男性血液流变学正常参考值,并探讨红细胞压积、年龄等因素对血液流变学的影响。方法严格挑选18岁以上成年男性不同年龄、职业的健康人1252名分别进行血液流变学各项指标检测并统计。结果成年男性中,血流变各指标在青年组、中青年组、中年组以及老年组之间差异显著,并与仪器随带的正常参考值有较大差异,且与红细胞压积呈现不同程度的相关性。结论不同区域应制定适合本地的正常参考值,这对本市乃至东部沿海地区相关疾病的早期预防、诊断、治疗和预后都有重要意义。

The Analysis of Hemorrheological in 1252 Healthy Adult Men in Rizhao City

Objective To set up the hemorrheological reference value in healthy adult men of Rizhao City,and discuss the influence of HCT,age etc.Method The hemorrheological indices were measured and statistics analysis was done according to different ae above 18 years old in 1252 healthy adult men.[WTHZ]Results In the adult men,the hemorrhrolocal indices are significant differente among groups of the young,the after young,the middle-aged and the old age,which are also differente with the normal reference value of the instrument,Between the hemorrhrological indices and the hematocrit provided.There is some degree relevant.Conclusion Different areas should have different hemorrhrological reference,which is most important for early prevent,therapeutic effect and prognosis of disease in our city,even in eastern art of the coastal area.
