嗜酸细胞性膀胱炎2例报告并文献复习

目的探讨嗜酸性膀胱炎的临床表现及诊治方法。方法对2例嗜酸性膀胱炎患者进行临床分析并结合文献复习。结果2例均获随访1年，尿频、尿急症状消失，无镜下及肉眼血尿，影像学及膀胱镜检查未见明显异常。结论嗜酸性膀胱炎的临床表现无特异性，诊断依据膀胱镜检查，治疗以保守治疗为主，保守治疗失败时可考虑手术。

Eosinophilic cystitis (report of 2 cases and review of the literature)

Objective To evaluate the clinical presentations, diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic cystitis. Methods Two cases of eosinophilic cystitis were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results Both cases were followed up for 1 year. Their voiding urgency and frequency disappeared, microscopic haematuria was unfound, and image and cystoscopic examination showed no tumor-like changes. Conclusion Eosinophilic cystitis has no specific clinical presentations. Cystoscopy and biopsy are necessary to establish the diagnosis. Management of eosinophilic cystitis is primarily conservative, but when patients fail with conservative treatment, operation can be required.
