冠状动脉内支架术12例临床体会

目的 为探讨冠状动脉内支架治疗冠心病心肌梗塞和心绞痛的可行性和安全性。方法 报道１２例冠状动脉内支架入术，共植入２１个支架，其中ｓｕｂｏｐｔｉｍａｌ植入１０个，ｄｅｎｏｖｏ植入９个，ｂａｉｌｏｕｔ植入２个。血管分布为左前降支１０个，左回旋支５个，左冠状动脉６个。靶血管病牲为Ａ型病变７例，Ｂ型１１例，Ｃ型３例。植入支架类型包括Ｃｏｒｄｉｓ支架１８个、ＮＩＲ支架３个。结果 靶血管病变特征为Ａ型病变７例

Preliminary Experience of lntracoronary Stenting in 12 Cases

21 intracoronary stents we re im planted in 12 CAD patients，including 10  stents into LAD，6 into LCX and 5 into RC A．There were 10 suboptimal stenting，9 de  novo stenting and 2 bailout stenting．Of  the 21 lesions，7 were type A，11 were ty pe B and 3 were type C．18 Cordis stents a nd 3 NIR stents were used．The procedure   success rate was 100％．The degree of arte ry stenosis were reduced from 80％-95％ to  less than 5％．2 cases（16.7％）had in-stent  restenosis between 2 to 4 months after  stent implantation．conclusionintracoron ary stenting is a safe and efficient int erventional procedure with a high succes s rate and expands the indications and d ecreases the complications of PTCA．
