中晚期原发性肝癌栓塞化疗前后sIL－2R的检测及其意义

用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了３９例原发性中晚期肝癌患者栓塞化疗前后和２０例正常人血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果表明：肝癌患者栓塞化疗前血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著地高于对照组，栓塞化疗后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著地低于治疗前。以对照组血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ均数与两倍标准差之值为标准，肝癌患者和对照组的异常阳性率分别为７１．８０％和１０％。研究结果提示：检测ｓｌＬ－２Ｒ与常用的ＡＦＰ血清学检测方法对肝癌诊断具有互补作用，栓塞化疗后病人血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平对判断疗效和预后具有重要意义。

THE LEVEL OF sIL-2R IN ADVANCED PRIMARY LIVER CANCER BEFORE AND AFTER TRANSARTERIAL EMBOLIZATION AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

The serum levels of soluble Interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)before and after transarterial em- bolization(TAE)in 39 advanced primary liver cancer(PLC)patients and 20 healthy controls were deter- mined with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The data showed that the serum slL-2R level in PLCpatients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls.The serum level of slL-2R was significantlyreduced at the end of TAE in PLC. Significant elevation of serum slL-2R, defined as value greater than the mean plus two standard devia- tion(SD)of healthy controls. The positive rates of patients with PLC and healthy controls having signifi- cant elevation of serum slL-2R were 71.80 % and 10.00%,respectivaly. The results revealed that the detec- tion of serum slL-2R was complementary to detection of AFP which had been used as routine serological testin PILC. Monitoring serum slL-2R levels after TAE in patients have an important significance in the clinicalresponse to treatment and prognosis.
