| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对肾脏移植患者实施药学监护的项目和意义。方法以典型病例说明对肾脏移植患者使用环孢素A血药浓度监测的必要性和重要性。结果通过药学监护 ,使肾移植患者使用环孢素A安全、有效和合理。结论通过对环孢素A血药浓度的监测 ,对肾脏移植患者实施药学监护 ,有利于提高肾脏移植患者的存活率和提高患者生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate entry and meaning of practising pharmaceutical care for renal transplant.Methods To explain necessity and importance of monitoring the whole blood concentration of cyclosporine A after renal transplantation by typical examples. Rresults. It is safe,effective,and reasonable for renal transplant patients to use' cyclosporine A by pharmaceutical care.Conclusion It is advantageous for improving survival rate and quality of patients by monitoring the whole blood concentration of cyclosporine A and practicing pharmaceutical care after renal transplant. |
