| 摘 要： | 目的:观察无创正压通气(noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,NPPV)治疗急性心源性肺水肿的疗效。方法:对急性心源性肺水肿引起的急性呼吸衰竭患者行NPPV,2小时后观察心率和动脉血气分析的指标变化情况。结果:急性心源性肺水肿患者使用无创正压通气后,心率及动脉血气分析指标均较使用前有显著改善。结论:对急性心源性肺水肿引起的急性呼吸衰竭行NPPV疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NPPV) in treatment of acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema.Methods patients with acute respiratory failure due to acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema were treated by NPPV.The variation of heart rate and the blood gas analysis were observed.Compared before treatment and 2 hours after treatment.Results The symptoms of the patients were significantly alleviated including heart rate and the blood gas analysis.Conclusion NPPV has therapeutic advantages and significant effect in treatment of acute respiratory failure due to acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema. |
