256例清洁手术患者的抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的：分析我院256例清洁手术中抗菌药物的应用情况，为提高一晦床抗菌药物使用的合理性提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查的方法。抽取我院2012年1—6月256例清洁手术病例，依据相关标准时患者的一般资料、手术情况、抗菌药物使用及其不良反应等进行汇总、分析。结果：256例清洁手术患者抗菌药物使用率为65．6％，用药时机合理率为80．9％，品种选择合理率为69．9％，平均用药疗程（6．9±1．1）d，使用频次列前三位的抗菌药物分别是磺苄西林、头孢呋辛、五水头孢唑啉。结论：我院清洁手术抗菌药物的预防性使用存在抗菌药物使用率高、品种选择合理率和用药时机合理率低、使用疗程长、联合用药多等问题，应加强规范化使用的管理。

Utilization analysis of antibacterial drugs in 256 aseptic operations

Objective： To analyze the application of antibacterial drugs in 256 aseptic operations, in order to provide reference for promoting the rational use of antibacterial drugs in clinic. Methods： A retrospective study was conducted, and a total of 256 case files of aseptic operations were extracted in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jun 2012. According to relevant standards, the data were analyzed in respect of basic characteristics of patients, situation of operations, application of antibacterial drugs and relevant adverse drug reactions. Results： Among all the 256 cases, the utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was 65.6%, the rationality rate of medication time was 80.9%, the rationality rate of drug selection was 69.9%, the mean time of use of antibacterial drugs was （6.9 ＋ 1.1） days. Sulbenicillin sodium, cefuroxime sodium and cefazolin sodium pentahydrate ranked top 3 in terms of usage frequency. Conclusion： The prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in aseptic operations had some unreasonable phenomenons in our hospital, such as high utilization rate of antibacterial drugs, low rationality rate of drug selection and medication time, long course of treatment, too much of drug combination. Great attention should be paid to strengthening regulation and management of antibacterial drugs.
