眼猪囊尾蚴病52例临床分析

本文总结眼囊尾蚴52例（53眼）。男34例，女18例，平均年龄34岁，发病时间平均3．6月，以农民多见。左右眼发病率一致。就诊时主要症状为视力下降，部分病例伴有皮下结节及脑囊尾蚴病。视力低于0．1者占68％，囊尾蚴位于玻璃体内33眼，视网膜下19眼，眼眶内1眼。眼部表现为玻璃体混浊、葡萄膜炎、白内障、眼内炎、视网膜脱离、视网膜干性裂孔。手术48眼，玻璃体囊尾蚴分别采用平坦部切开吸出及玻璃体切除联合平坦部切开吸出，视网膜下囊尾蚴采用囊尾蚴位切开取出，3种方法成功取出囊尾蚴45眼，总取出率93．6％，术后视力增加或不变者占56．5％。本文讨论了囊尾蚴病的发病情况、临床表现及视力下降原因等。

The Clinical Analysis of 52 Cases of Ocular Cysticercosis

This paper reported 52 cases (53 eyes)of ocular cysticercosis. 34 cases were male and l8 cases were female with an average op of 34 years old. Most patients were farmers. The onset of the disease was 3. 6 months in an average. The major complainwas blurred vision, and some patients were associated with subcutaneous nodules and brain cysticercosis.The vision lower than 0. 1 was in 68% cases. Intravitreal cysticercosis were in 33 eyes, subretinal cysticereosis in 19 eyes and orbital cysticercosis in 1 eye,The ocular manifestations included vitreousopacity, uveitis, cataract, endophthalmitis, retihal dethehment,local elevation and retinal holes. The surgery was performed in 48 eyes. Three surgical methods were used: sclerotomy for subretinal cysticerous, pars plana incision and aspiration, and vitrectomy with pars plana aspiration for intravitreal cysticereus.The cysticerous was removed in 45 eyes with a successful rate of 93. 6%. The vision remaining the same or better after surgery occupied 56. 5%. The pape also discussed the epidemiology, clinical presentations and causes of visual imopairment of ocular cysticercosis.
