眼前段重建及后房型人工晶体二期植入术

23例28眼眼前段重建后行后房型人工晶体二期植入。28眼中先天性白内障术后10眼，外伤性白内障术后12眼，老年性白内障术后6眼，分别在外伤或手术后5月至25年行二期植入。随访3～18月，平均9．5月。术后视力≥0．5者24眼（85．7％），视力≤0．2者2眼，影响术后视力提高的主要因素为弱视和角膜中央斑翳。并发症为出血、虹膜炎、人工晶体偏位、囊样黄斑水肿和线给腐蚀外露，未见青光眼、视网膜脱离、角膜失代偿等严重并发症。

Secondary implantation of posterior lenses for aphakic eyes with anterior segment disturbed

28 aphakic eyes with anterior segment disturbed were implanted PC IOLs,and followed up 3 ~ 18 months, averaging 9 months. 24 eyes (85. 7% ) obtained 0. 5 or over and the main factors influencing the visual acuity were cental corneal leukoma and amblyopia. The complications were hemorrage,iritis, dislocation of IOLs and cystoid macular edema, Noserious ocular compcations such as lgaucoma, retinaldetachment or bullous keratopath were seen.
