| 摘 要： | 本文报告70眼（53例）3～13岁儿童先天性上睑下垂的手术，其中30眼应用上睑提肌缩短术，术后达正矫16眼（53．34％），40眼应用额肌悬吊术，术后达正矫33眼（82．50％）。比较二种手术的效果，得出额肌悬吊术优于上睑提肌缩短术。文中分析了缩短术效果差的原因；讨论了儿童上睑下垂手术的年龄，认为3～6岁合适。

| Abstract: | In 70 congenital ptocis eyes (53 cases) of 3~13 years old children, 30 eyes were treated by levator palpe brae superioris resection and the excellently corrected eyes are 16(55. 34%), 40 eyes wee treated by musculus frontalis sling and the excellently corrected eyes are 33 (82. 50%). According to the outcome of the two meth ods, we conclude that muscule sling is superior than levator muscle resection. In this article, we analysed the reasons that account for the difference, and we believe 3~6 years old is the best age for the treatment of congenital ptosis. |
