| 摘 要： | 本文报道了４９例儿童眼球穿通伤的致伤原因、临床表现、治疗结果和预后。致伤原因中主要为玩耍废弃的一次性注射器时针头刺伤，少数为缝衣针刺伤和植物性针刺致伤。受伤后１８．４％发生外伤性白内障，７３．５％发生化脓性眼内炎，只发生角膜穿通伤者仅占８．２％。经治疗后６３．３％的患者视力低于０．０５，３０．６％的患者眼球萎缩。后果严重，应引起医院管理工作者的注意。

| Abstract: | We reported the causes the causs, clinical features, treatment results and prognosis of 49 cases of eyeball penetrating injury in children. The main reason was that children played the used disposable syringes to stab the eyes; the second rea- son was sewing needle; the third reason was plant thorn After .wounding traumatic cataract was occurred at 18 .4%, endoph- thalmitis was at 73. 5%, corneal perforation was only at 8. 2% .After treatment the 63. 5%, corneal perforation was only at 8.2% .After treatment the 63. 3% patients visual acuities were below 0.05,the 30.6% patients were bulbus phthesis. |
