淋病奈瑟菌对9种抗生素敏感性试验的研究

目的：为掌握淋病奈瑟菌对药物的敏感谱，并为临床抗生素治疗提供科学依据。方法：采用纸片扩散法对从临床标本中分离出的１０５株淋病奈瑟菌进行药敏试验。结果：丁胺卡那霉素、卡那霉素、壮观霉素、利福平、头孢唑啉、头孢三嗪对淋病奈瑟菌的敏感率分虽为：７０．４８％、６４．７６％、６２．８６％、５７．１４％、４６．６７％、４４．７６％，而红霉素、四环素、青霉素对淋病奈瑟菌的耐药率分别达到：８３．８１％、８７．６２

Antibiotics-sensitivity Test to Neisseria Gonococcus for Nine Kinds of Antibiotics

Objective: It is now qveatly difficult to treat gonorrhea since strains resistant to the antibiotics of neisseria gonococcus are found more frequently. The drug-sensitivity scope can be useful for clinical therapy. Methods: 105 stains of neisseria gonococcus had been isolated from clinical sample and assayed for antibiotics sensitivity. Results: The result proveded that the percent rate of sensitivity to neisseria gonococcus for antibiotics such as amikaci, kanamycin, spectinomycin, rifampicin, cefozolin, cefotriaxon were perspectively 70.48%, 64. 76%, 62.86%, 57.14%, 46.67%, 44.76%. However, that of drug resistance to neisseria gonococcus for erythromycin, tetheycline and penicillin were perspectively 83.81%, 87.67%, and 89.52%. Conclusion: These data suggest that the drug resistance of antibiotics to neisseria gonococcus are becoming more fraquently. The effective drugs choice must be accolded with the drug-sensitvity scope.
