| 摘 要： | 目的防止并减少聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射充填成形手术的并发症。方法分析并治疗我科自1998年至2008年收治的58例应用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶进行软组织注射充填后发生并发症的病例。结果聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶充填并发症有感染、血肿、异位及术后硬化等。本组58例并发症经治疗均获满意疗效。结论应充分重视无菌技术,术中采用钝头针注射,并重视术中定位及术后处理。

| Abstract: | Objective Reduce and prvent from complications in polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation plasty of soft tissue.Methods Analy and treat complications of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation of soft tissue in 19 cases from 1998 to 2001.Results The main complications were infection,hematoma,translocation,and postoperative sclerosis of soft tissue.We achieve the satisfying result by our effective treatment in this 19 cases.Conclusion We should use the blunt cannula,pay attention to the asepsis,the location of operation and the nursing care postoperation. |
