| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用4种常用抗菌药物预防围手术期感染的经济效果,以寻求一种费用较低、效果显著的治疗方案。方法：回顾性调查2008年10～11月份骨科手术预防感染400份病历,进行了合理性评价,并对其使用频率高、常用的头孢硫脒、头孢替唑钠、头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶4种抗菌药物共268份病历,运用药物经济学的成本一效果分析方法进行评价。结果：4种用药方案,头孢呋辛钠是最佳用药选择。结论：头孢呋辛钠预防围手术期感染具有成本效果优势,可作为选择治疗方案时参考。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the economic effectiveness of four antibiotics to prevent post-operation infections and find a low-cost, effective treatment options. Methods： In reviewing and investigating 400 cases for preventing infection in Orthopedics opetation from October to November,2008, we made a rational evaluation and analyzed 268 cases applied with four kinds of antimicrobial drugs of cefathiamidine, ceftezole sodium, cefuroxime sodium and ceftazidime which are frequently and commonly used by cost-effectiveness analysis in pharmacoeconomics. Results： Among those four kinds of schemes, cefuroxime sodium is the optimal option. Conclusion： Cefuroxime sodium in perioperative prevention of infection has a cost-effectiveness advantage and can be used as reference. |
