| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低剂量阿司匹林在预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果。方法选择本院2001至2003年非瓣膜性房颤患者,给予阿司匹林100mg预防缺血性脑卒中。并与同期未服用阿司匹林同类患者比较。结果阿司匹林100mg预防非瓣膜性房颤患者并发血栓栓塞与同期未服用阿司匹林患者比较,有明显效果。结论低剂量阿司匹林预防非瓣膜性房颤患者并发血栓栓塞患者有明显效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment effect of low dose Aspirin in preventing patients with Nonval Vular Atrial Fibrillation(NVAF)from Ischemia brain stroke.Method 100mg Aspirin was served to some NVAF patients in Tongnan County Hospital from 2001 to 2003 to reduce the chance of Ischemia brain stroke.Compared with similar patients without the treatment.Results the patients with 100mg Aspirin have lower risk of thromboembolism complication.Coclusion Low dose Aspirin produces a good effect in keeping NVAF patients from thromboembolism complication. |
