子宫内膜异位症

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症临床表现和治疗。内异症现已成为生育年龄女性的一种常见疾病,其发病率呈逐年递增趋势。方法对106例经手术和病理检查证实为子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果首诊有症状到医院检查发现者59例(56%),无症状而体检发现38例(37.2%),其他原因手术中发现9例(6.2%)。结论定期妇女健康体检,可早期子宫内膜异位症发现,且在治疗上应提倡个体化。

Objective To investigate the endometriosis clinical manifestations and treatment of endometriosis span of child-bearing age women has become a common disease,its incidence of trend was increasing year by year.Methods 10 6cases by surgery and pathology confirmed endometriosis patients with clinical data were reviewed.Results Of the fi rst patient has symptoms to the hospital for an examination of 59 cases discoverer(56.6%),asymptomatic and physical examination found 388 cases(37.2%),surgery for other reasons found in 9 cases(6.2 percent).Conclusion Regular medical examination of women's health,early endometriosis,and in the treatment of the individual should be promoted.
