推按运经仪预防胆总管结石术后复发的临床观察

目的]观察推按运经仪预防胆总管结石术后复发的临床疗效。方法]将200例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各100例，对照组采用十二指肠镜取石治疗；治疗组在十二指肠镜取石2周后开始采用推按运经仪治疗，每月1次，每次30min，疗程2a，观察比较2组2a后丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TB）、血清谷氨酰氨转移酶（GGT）、临床症状、胆总管直径及胆总管结石复发的情况，进行统计学分析。结果]治疗组肝功能及临床症状改善情况优于对照组，胆总管直径、结石复发率均〈对照组（P〈0．01，〈0．05）。结论]推按运经仪在胆总管结石取石术后应用，能有效改善肝功能及临床症状，缩小胆总管直径，降低胆总管结石复发率。

Observation of Tui An Yun Jing Yi on preventing recrudescence after bile duct stones removed by duodenoscopy

Objective]To observe the effect of Tui An Yun Jing Yi on preventing recrudescence after bile duct stones removed by duodenoscopy. Methods]Two hundred patients were divided randomly into 2 groups , 100 of them treated by endoscopic therapy （control group）, and other 100 of them treated by endoscopic therapy combined using Tui An Yun Jing Yi （treatment group）, the change of live function （ALT, TB, GGT）, clinical symptoms, common bile duct diameter and the relapse rate of bile duct stones were observed after 2 years. Results]The change of live function, clinical symptoms in treatment group was superior to control group（P〈0. 01）, the common bile duct diameter after endoscopic was less than that of the control group （P〈0. 01）, the relapse rate of bile duct stone after 2 years was lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion]Using Tui An Yun Jing Yi after endoscopic therapy could improve the live function and the clinical symptoms,reduce common bile duct diameter and the relapse rate of bile duct stone.
