胎膜早破并发早产对妊娠结局的影响及护理对策

目的探讨不同孕周胎膜早破并发早产的分娩方式及新生儿结局。方法回顾分析我院2007年1月至12月68例胎膜早破并发早产的临床资料。结果孕28～34+6周与孕35～36+6周分娩方式比较阴道分娩率高于剖宫产率,孕28～34+6周新生儿窒息、低体质量儿、发病率明显>孕35～36+6周(P<0.05)。结论积极防治未足月胎膜早破,尽量延长孕周至35周以上,加强早产护理,可获得良好的妊娠结局。
