儿科支气管肺炎患者抗生素治疗成本-效果分析

目的：运用药物经济学的分析方法，探讨儿科支气管肺炎的最佳药物治疗方案，为临床筛选出成本低、效果好的药物治疗方案。方法：采用药物经济学方法分析我院2007年12月至2008年9月儿科诊断为支气管肺炎的119例病例，比较分析其临床常用的治疗方案的成本与效果。结果：在临床常用的五组治疗方案中，头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠＋苯唑西林钠、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠＋利巴韦林组花费最低且效果最好。在最优的头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠＋苯唑西林钠、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠＋利巴韦林两组中，前者前5天的治愈率达92．86％，后者为85．70％，无明显差异。但由于后者的样本数太少，在总数中占比较低（5．88％），可靠性及敏感度较低，故前者为最佳治疗方案。结论：头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠＋苯唑西林钠方案为儿科支气管肺炎抗菌治疗的最佳治疗方案。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Antibiotic Therapy in Children with Bronchopneumonia

Objective： To select the optimal therapy with low cost and good effect on the children bronchopneumonia by pharmacoeconomics method. Method： The article analyzed the 119 cases of children bronchopneumonia from December 2007 to September 2008 and compared the cost-effectiveness of therapy in common use by pharma- coeconomics methods. Results： In five clinical treatment groups, the cost and effect of the group of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium＋Oxacillin sodium and the group of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium＋ Ribavirin was low and best. There were no significant differences between the group of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium＋Oxacillin sodium and the group of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium＋Ribavirin which the cure rate in first five days of the former group was 92.86% and the latter was 85.70%. However, the former group is the optimal therapy compared to the latter groups in which the number of cases were small （5.88%）, the reliability and sensitivity were low. Conclusions： Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium＋Oxacillin sodium is the optimal antibiotic treatment for children bronchopneumonia.
