乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症63例临床分析

目的:评估静脉注射乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症的临床疗效和安全性.方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年12月收治的63例高血压急症患者的临床资料,观察静脉注射乌拉地尔后不同时间点的血压、心率变化以及不良反应,评估乌拉地尔的疗效和安全性.结果:乌拉地尔治疗后5 min收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)均开始逐渐下降,治疗30 min时显效率为76.2％(48/63),总有效率为95.2％(60/63).乌拉地尔降压60 min过程中心率变化无统计学差异,无严重不良反应发生.结论:乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症的降压效果好,降压平稳,副作用发生少.

Clinical Analysis of 63 Patients with Hypertensive Urgencies Managed by Intravenous Urapidil

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect and security of intravenous Urapidil in patients with hypertensive urgencies. Methods： Clinical data of 63 patients with hypertensive urgencies treated by intravenous Urapidil from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The change of blood pressure and heart rate at different time points and the adverse reactions were observed. Result： Both of the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure began to decreases gradually 5 minutes after treated by intravenous Urapidil. The obvious effective rate was 76.2%（48/63） at 30 minutes after treated by intravenous urapidil and the total effective rate was 95.2%（60/ 63）. The differences of heart rate at treatment period of 60 minutes had not statistical significance. There were on severe adverse reactions during the treatment process. Conclusion： Urapidil is a good medicine for hypertensive urgencies which has a good and stable antihypertensive effect and has little adverse reaction.
