帕金森病患者血清pentraxin-3含量变化及其临床意义

目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血清中pentraxin-3的变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测40例健康体检者(对照组)和98例PD患者(PD组)血清pentraxin-3和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平。并采用Sperman等级相关分析pentraxin-3水平与PD组各因素的相关性。结果 PD组血清pentraxin-3和GFAP浓度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=2.85、2.12,P均<0.05);观察组内血清pentraxin-3浓度与年龄、病程、Hoehn-Yahr分级、UPDRSⅠ、GFAP无相关性(r分别=0.62、0.73、0.49、0.55、0.44,P均>0.05),与UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ呈正相关(r分别=0.57、0.64,P均<0.05)。结论血清pentraxin-3检测可作为判断帕金森病病情的指标之一。

Clinical significance and change of serum pentraxin-3 level in patients with Parkinson

Objective To explore the clinical significance and change of serum pentraxin-3 level in patients of parkinson. Methods The level of serum pentraxin-3 and GFAP of 40 cases of healthy physical examinees and 98 cases of PD patients were detected by ELISA method. The correlation between pentraxin-3 level and various factors of PD group was analyzed by spearman rank correlation. Results The level of pentraxin-3 and GFAP of PD group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（t=2.85,2.12,P〈0.05）. The level of pentraxin-3 of PD group was not relevant to age, course, Hoehn-Yahr grade, UPDRS I and GFAP （r=0.62,0.73,0.49,0.55,0.44,P〉0.05） but it was positive relevant to UPDRS II and UPDRS III（r=-0.57, 0.64,P〈0.05）. Conclusions The level of pentraxin-3 can be as an index to judge the condition of Parkinson＇s disease.
