摘    要:目的探讨运动想象疗法对脑卒中患者运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法将40例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),2组患者均接受常规康复训练,治疗组同时采用运动想象疗法,对照组采用背景音乐治疗。两组常规康复训练时间和强度相同。采用Fugl-Meyer评分法(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)和NIHSS对两组患者治疗前和治疗2、4周后肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及神经功能缺损程度进行评定。结果治疗前2组患者运动功能、日常生活能力及神经功能缺损程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、4周,治疗组NIHSS、FMA和MBI评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组NIHSS、FMA和MBI评分治疗前后的改善幅度均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论运动想象疗法结合常规康复训练可以有效地改善脑卒中患者运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of motor imaginary therapy on the ability of daily life in stroke patients. Meth-ods 40 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group ( n = 20) and a control group ( n = 20). The two groups received routine rehabilitation therapy, the treatmengt group at the same time received a given ADL motor imagery therapy, and the control group received the background music therapy. The totle treatment time and intensity of routine rehabilitation were similar for both groups. They were assessed with Fugl - Meyer Assessment ( FMA), Modified Barthel Index(MBI) and NIH stroke scale(NIHSS) before and 2 weks ,4weeks after therapy. Results There was no signif-icant difference between the two groups with regard to in the grades of the scales at the beginning ( P 〉 0.05 ). After 2,4 weeks The score of NIHSS,FMA and MBI were significantly better than that before treatment in both groups respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;After 2,4 weeks of treatment, the score of NIHSS,FMA and MBI were significantly better than those in the con-trol ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Motor imagery therapy combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the motor function of stroke patients and the ability of daily life.
