阿奇霉素联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法选取2007年11月～2008年8月于我院治疗的78例小儿支气管肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组（A组40例和B组38例）,其中A组采用阿奇霉素联合痰热清注射液进行治疗,B组则单纯采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,后选取同期的38例健康儿童为C组,治疗前后监测各组儿童的血清皮质醇水平,同时评价A、B两组的治疗效果。结果经治疗后,A组的治疗效果明显优于B组,且治疗后A组的血清皮质醇水平也明显低于B组,两组比较,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论阿奇霉素联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,值得临床进一步探讨。

Curative Effect of Azithromycin Combined with Tanreqing Injection on Children Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the effect of azithromycin combined with Tanreqing Injection on children bronchial pneumonia.Methods 78 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into 2 groups： Group A（n=40） and Group B（n=38）;combined treatment of azithromycin and Tanreqing Injection was performed in Group A while only azithromycin was given to patients in Group B;38 normal were selected to be Group C;the serum hydrocortisone levels of the children in each group before and after treatment were detected,and the curative effects in Group A and Group B were evaluated.Results The curative effect of Group A was much superior to that of Group B,and the serum hydrocortisone level of the children in Group A was much lower than that in Group B after treatment,the difference between the 2 groups was of statistical significance.Conclusions Azithromycin combined with Tanreqing Injection is of obvious effect in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia,which is worthy of further study.
