| 摘 要： | 目的探讨云南白药对化疗后大鼠出、凝血功能的影响。方法将造模成功后的20只大鼠按雌雄各半随机分为两组，对照组予生理盐水灌胃，云南白药组按0．135g／kg予云南白药灌胃，连续14d。观察两组出凝血指标情况。结果实验开始两组大鼠血小板计数无明显差异，实验第14日云南白药组血小板计数明显高于对照组，出血时间明显缩短。结论云南白药可提高血小板计数，缩短出血时间，对凝血酶原、纤维蛋白原、骨髓巨核细胞数无影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of coagulation of the rat after chemotheray by Yunnanbaiyao.Methods:20 rats by half male and half female were randomly divided into control group and Yunnanbaiyao Group.Ten control group was saline lavage,and Yunnanbaiyao group was treated with Yunnanbaiyao 0.135g/kg.Both groups lasted for 14d.Observaion of blood coagulation indicators.Results:There was no significant difference platelet count at begin.Yunnanbaiyao group platelet count was significantly higher than that in mode at 14th day,Yunnanbaiyao group bleeding time was significantly shorter than the model.Conclusion:Yunnanbaiyao can increase platelet count,bleeding time shortened,and the prothrombin,fbrnogen,bone marrow megakaryocyte cells are no effect. |
