| 摘 要： | 化疗在晚期大肠癌的治疗中具有重要地位。不同化疗药物的选择影响疗效和预后。以药物基因组学为基础的大肠癌个体化治疗开始得到重视,本文就分子标记对大肠癌化疗药物包括氟脲嘧啶类、奥沙利铂、伊立替康及分子靶向药物疗效影响的研究现状进行综述,探讨大肠癌个体化治疗发展。

| Abstract: | Chemotherapy plays an important role in advanced colorectal cancer. Patients may show various clinical response to selection different drugs. The importance of individual therapy based on pharmacogenomics has been emphasized in cancer therapy. To explore the individual therapy of colorectal cancer,the progress of molecular markers which influence the efficacy of anti-tumor drugs containing fluorouracil,oxaliplatin,CPT-11,monoclonal antibody drugs is reviewed in this article. |
