中药散剂临床应用广泛,但方法各异。基于对中药外用散剂已有临床应用的数据挖掘,结合临床应用实际和相关现代研究,经学会专家多次论证,形成中药散剂临床应用技术规范(草案)。包括外用散剂的基本原理、使用原则、适用证、禁忌症、用药前评估、用药前准备、制备与保存、给药方法、给药量、换药频率、给药时间和疗程、用药后处理及评估、注意事项、常见不良反应及救治等。以期规范中药外用散剂的临床应用、提高疗效、减少不良反应。
