甲基丙烯酸甲酯的慢性毒性和流行病学调查

本文报道了MMA 慢性吸入毒性和流行病学调查。实验结果表明,MMA 毒作用广泛,以神经、心血管、内分泌系统和肝、肾等功能和器质性损伤为主。流行病学调查结果,平均浓度为133.5mg/m~3时,职工自觉症状和客观检查阳性率和对照组比较明显上升;平均浓度为63.3mg/m~3时,10年以上工龄组的自觉症状和客观检查阳性率与对照组和10年以下工龄组比较明显增加;平均浓度为35mg/m~3时,职工虽有某些不适反应,和对照组比较无显著性意义。

The Chronic Toxicity and Epidemiological Investigation of Methyl Methacrylate

This present paper reports the chronic toxicity of inhaled methylmethacrylate and its epidemiological investigation.Results of the study showedthat MMA has a widespread toxicity toward nervous system,cardiovascularsystem and endocrinal system,as well as causing functional disorders and or-ganic lesions of liver and kidney.When the average concentra tion of MMAreaches 133.5mg/m~3,the symptoms of the workers and the rate of positivefindings by examinations were significantly higher than that of the controlgroup.At the average concentration of 63.3mg/m~3,the symptoms and therate of positive findings by examinations of workers with more than 10 yearsworking history were significantly higher than the control group and thoseworked less than 10 years.At an average concentration of 35mg/m~3,the work-ers might complain of some discomforts,but they were not significantly differ-ent in comparison with the control group.
