危重病儿血清纤维结合蛋白的变化及意义

本文通过对68例危重病儿血清纤维结合蛋白（Fn）的检测，结果显示：36例危重新生儿及32例危重小儿血清Fn水平分别明显低于正常新生儿组和正常小儿组。到恢复期，两组患儿血清Fn水平均恢复到正常水平。随着患儿器官损害数量的增多，血清Fn水平也随之明显降低。提示血清Fn水平与危重病儿的病情及预后密切相关。

Changes and Clinical Significance of Serum Fibronectin in Children with Critical Illness

To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum fibronectin(Fn) in children with critical illness, we measured serum Fn in 68 patients with critical illnesss. The results showed that the level of serum Fn in 36 cases newborn with critical illness was significantly decreased as compared with normal newborn, and the level of serum Fn in 32 cases with critically illness was significantly decreased as compared normal children also. In covalescence,the level of serum Fn in two group patients was recovered to normal level. As the number of organ involvement increased,the level of serum Fn was decreased. These results suggest that the level of serum Fn should be significantly related with the sltuation of the illness and prognosls in children with critical illnesss.
