| 摘 要： | 对５１例青少年学生无症状性心律失常进行临床意义分析，结果：患有病毒性心肌炎６例，占１１．８８％，中度以上心律失常１５例，占２９．７％，给与抗心律失常治疗，１４例治愈，一例因间断给药再次复发，其余３０例为单纯性室早占５９．４％。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the 51 cases symptomeess arrhythmia clinical significance of adolescent students.The result is as follows; 6 cases have viral myocarditis(11.88%). Among 15 cases over-moderate arrhythmia(29. 7%),14 cases are cure and the other one relapse due to discontinuous drug after antiarrhythmia treatment. The other 30 cases are simple premature ventricular contraction and healthy heart basing on clinical arguement(59.4%). My conclusion is that high attention must be put on symptomless arrhythmia of adolescent students to avoid missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis and delaying early diagnosis and treatment chance. |
